Can you make a custom-shaped foam hand or prop?
Yes. In addition to classic #1 foam fingers, we can produce fully custom shapes including team mascots, hands with different gestures, branded props, or unique promotional items. Custom shapes require tooling but are great for major campaigns or large events.
What file types do you accept for custom artwork?
Preferred: SVG or high-resolution vector PDFs with fonts outlined. We also accept high-res PNGs (300 DPI). For logos, send the highest-resolution/vector file you have to ensure crisp prints.
What’s the minimum order for custom printed foam fingers?
For custom-printed or fully custom shapes, our typical minimum starts at 100 units — but we can often accommodate smaller runs; contact us for an exact quote.
How long does a custom order take?
Standard turnaround is 10-12 days after artwork approval.
Can I get a physical proof or sample before the full run?
Yes. We offer digital color proofs for free and physical samples for 35.00. Physical samples take extra time — expect 7 for sample production and shipping.
Can you help create or clean up my artwork?
Yes. Our in-house art department can help convert logos to vector format, adjust designs for foam printing, and create layouts that print cleanly on foam products.
What are shipping and bulk pricing options?
We ship nationwide via standard carriers. Bulk orders qualify for tiered discounts — pricing updates automatically in the cart based on quantity. For freight or international shipping, request a custom quote.
