For stock shapes, minimums are typically 100 pieces. Check the specific product page for its minimum order quantity. Fully custom shapes generally require 500 pieces because they need additional production work and tooling. If you need a smaller custom run, contact us for an exact quote.

Standard items typically take 10–12 business days after artwork approval. Custom die-cut shapes typically take around 16 business days and may take longer depending on the order size. Shipping time is separate. Tell us your event date so we can confirm the production and delivery schedule for your order.

Yes. Bulk orders qualify for tiered discounts, and pricing updates automatically in the cart based on quantity. For a fully custom shape or a project that needs a tailored quote, get in touch.

Preferred artwork formats are SVG, AI, EPS, or vector PDF with fonts outlined. We also accept high-resolution PNGs at 300 DPI. Send the highest-quality vector or image file you have for a crisp print. If your file will not upload, email it to Sales@customfoamfinger.com.

Yes. Our in-house art department can convert logos to vector format, adjust designs for foam printing, and create layouts that print cleanly on foam products. Contact our team with your artwork or idea.

Yes. We offer free digital color proofs for your review. Production begins after you approve your proof.

Physical foam swatch samples are available for $35. These let you see the foam itself; they are not a custom-made sample of your finished design. For fully custom shapes, we cannot create one-off product samples because the artwork must be approved and the cutting die completed first.

Yes. In addition to classic #1 foam fingers, we can produce custom shapes such as team mascots, different hand gestures, branded props, and promotional items. Custom shapes require tooling. Explore custom shapes or request a custom quote.
