Can you make a custom-shaped foam hand or prop?
Yes. In addition to classic #1 foam fingers, we can produce fully custom shapes including team mascots, hands with different gestures, branded props, or unique promotional items. Custom shapes require tooling but are great for major campaigns or large events.
What file types do you accept for custom artwork?
Preferred: SVG, AI or EPS or high-resolution vector PDFs with fonts outlined. We also accept high-res PNGs (300 DPI). For logos, send the highest-resolution/vector file you have to ensure crisp prints.
What’s the minimum order for custom shape foam fingers?
For custom-printed or fully custom shapes, our minimum starts at 500 pieces — but we can often accommodate smaller runs; contact us for an exact quote.
How long does a custom order take?
Standard turnaround is 16 days after artwork approval.
Can I get a physical proof or sample before the full run?
On Custom shapes, we cannot create your piece until your artwork is approved and we have the cutting die complete. Because of this, we cannot create one off samples of your product.
Can you help create or clean up my artwork?
Yes. Our in-house art department can help convert logos to vector format, adjust designs for foam printing, and create layouts that print cleanly on foam products.
What are shipping and bulk pricing options?
We ship nationwide via standard carriers. Bulk orders qualify for tiered discounts — pricing updates automatically in the cart based on quantity. For freight or international shipping, request a custom quote.
What sizes do foam fingers come in?
Our foam fingers are available in several sizes including 7.5", 14", 16", 18", and 22" depending on the style. Larger sizes are ideal for stadium giveaways and televised events, while smaller sizes work well for retail merchandise and promotional campaigns.
What colors are foam fingers available in?
We offer a wide range of stock foam colors including red, blue, black, white, yellow, green, orange, and more. For larger runs we can also match custom foam colors to closely match your brand or team colors
