At CustomFoamFinger.com, every foam finger we produce is custom-made specifically for you. Because your order is created to your exact artwork, size, and imprint specifications, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any custom products. Once artwork is approved and production begins, your order is created exclusively for your organization, event, or team and cannot be resold.

Proof Approval

Before we begin production, you will receive a digital proof of your custom foam finger design.
Your approval confirms that everything is correct, including colors, layout, spelling, logos, and imprint placement.
After approval, no changes can be made and the order is considered final.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before proof approval.
Once your proof is approved, the order is locked in and moves immediately into custom production.

Damaged or Defective Items

While returns are not accepted for custom items, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
